A reliable and valid instrument that screens for more than 20 of the most prevalent psychiatric and psychological disorders in children and adolescents.
Oriented to the DSM-IV-TR, the Child and Adolescent PsychProfiler (CAPP) provides an accessible screener that can be used in the early identification of disorders crucial to formal diagnosis, intervention and prevention of further mental health problems.
The Child and Adolescent PsychProfiler allows for quick, simple administration, scoring and report generation and interpretation. It can be administered via paper-and-pencil or on-screen by psychologists, psychiatrists and mental health professionals. CAPP has three reporting forms (Parent, Self and Teacher) that each take 15 minutes to complete and screen for 20 common psychiatric and psychological disorders among those aged 2-17 years, including: Â
